The new Huawei MatePad SE 10.4-inch tablet will hit local e-commerce shops — Huawei Store Online, Lazada, and Shopee — with a starting price of only P9,999 (roughly $182). And it’s already got a huge, 10.4-inch Huawei FullView Display with a 2K resolution, small bezels all around, Dual TÜV Rheinland certifications for eye comfort, and a 4,096-level brightness adjustment.

To keep things smooth and power-efficient, the Huawei MatePad SE 10.4-inch is powered by a 6nm-based Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. The tablet also comes with Kids Corner, which is an app Huawei created to help parents kick-start healthy device habits for their children.

On paper, the new MatePad SE looks like it’s one of the best tablets in its price range. But is it really? Both variants will be up for grabs online from February 15, while the LTE model can be purchased offline beginning February 17.
