The midrange smartphone landscape just got a lot more interesting. vivo has officially launched the vivo V60 in India, and it’s a device that aims to punch above its weight with a focus on photography, battery life, and a high level of durability.
The camera: A big bet on ZEISS telephoto
The vivo V60’s headline feature is undoubtedly its camera system, particularly the inclusion of a 50-megapixel telephoto lens. IP68 means the phone can be submerged in water, while IP69 goes a step further, protecting it from high-pressure, high-temperature water jets. The colorways — Auspicious Gold, Moonlit Blue, and Mist Gray — are inspired by Indian cultural motifs, a nod to the market the V60 is launching in.
