Antutu has released its performance rankings for October 2025, and the recent data offers a clear look at which silicon is currently ruling the Android world.
Unsurprisingly, the top-tier battleground is entirely owned by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and the MediaTek Dimensity 9500. But the charts don’t stop there; we also get the rundown on the best midrangers and tablets for the month.
Before we dive into the rankings, a quick but crucial note: These scores are based on Antutu V11, a massive benchmark overhaul. This new version features a different scoring system and introduces intense new tests, including AI processing and ray tracing. As a result, the scores are higher now. Top flagships are now smashing the 3.5-million-point barrier, making previous V10 scores look relatively mild. That said, if you’re comparing this version’s numbers to the last generation, consider the old data obsolete.
Finally, Antutu’s monthly rankings aren’t just based on a single run. To qualify, devices must clear a minimum of 1,000 valid benchmark tests. The score you see for any model is its highest validated result. If a higher-spec version isn’t listed, it usually means Antutu hasn’t gathered enough qualifying runs for that specific configuration yet.
Top 10 flagship smartphones
The high-end hierarchy has been thoroughly shaken up — again — with all 10 spots occupied by different models than last month. This list is the ultimate scorecard in the horsepower war between Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and the Dimensity 9500 by MediaTek.
The American chipmaker clearly won this round. The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 swept the podium, taking all top five spots. Meanwhile, the Dimensity 9500 had to settle for just three slots in the overall top 10. The performance crown goes to the gaming-focused RedMagic 11 Pro Plus, which leaps ahead of everything with a blistering average score of 4,132,403. Hot on its heels are the OnePlus 15, iQOO 15, HONOR Magic 8, and HONOR Magic 8 Pro, all posting similar scores hovering right around the 4-million mark.
Top 10 sub-flagship smartphones
If Qualcomm owns the premium segment, the sub-flagship category is where MediaTek continues to flex its muscles. This entire segment is practically a Dimensity showcase, with the Dimensity 8400 series holding strong and perfectly optimized ahead of the next wave of midrange chipsets.
This month saw a significant internal shakeup at the top: The realme Neo7 SE surprised everyone, snatching the crown from last month’s champ, the REDMI Turbo 4. The realme model posted an Antutu V11 average score of 1,931,641. It narrowly edged out the iQOO Z10 Turbo (ranked second at 1,915,499) and the vivo Y300 GT (third at 1,909,184).
Top 10 tablets
The tablet category is finally seeing a significant shakeup, thanks almost entirely to a single device launched in China — the HONOR MagicPad3 Pro 13.3. As the world’s first tablet to pack the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, it didn’t just lead; it crushed the competition, posting an average score of 4,149,803.
The rest of the top three consists of familiar gaming hardware, both powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro, globally known as the RedMagic Astra Gaming Tablet, hits 3,196,855 for second place, followed by the fourth generation of the Lenovo Legion Tablet Y700 at 3,170,252.
We expect to see top-end tablets featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and Dimensity 9500 over the next few months, which should finally inject some high-speed excitement into the relatively stagnant Android tablet market.
