Best-performing Android devices in Nov 2025

Antutu has released its performance rankings for November 2025, and if you thought the previous months were intense, the latest numbers show the battle for silicon supremacy is far from over.

While the top spot remains familiar, the rest of the podium has seen a massive shakeup. We are finally seeing MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 muscle its way into the elite 4-Million Club, challenging Qualcomm’s early dominance of the next-gen era.

Before we dive into the rankings, a quick reminder: These scores are based on Antutu version 11. If you are still clutching scores from V10, throw them out; the scoring systems are not comparable. Also, the numbers below represent average scores from at least 1,000 valid test runs, not just a single lucky high score.

Top 10 flagship smartphones

For November, the crown still belongs to the Red Magic 11 Pro Plus. The gaming beast continues to squeeze every ounce of performance out of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, posting a blistering average of 4,105,121. Its active cooling fan and aggressive tuning clearly give it the thermal headroom needed to stay on top.

However, unlike October, where Qualcomm swept the top five, MediaTek has punched back hard. The OPPO Find X9 Pro Satellite Communication Edition takes second place with 4,006,704, followed closely by the vivo X300 Pro Satellite Communication Edition at 4,004,589.

Both devices are powered by the Dimensity 9500, proving that MediaTek’s flagship chip is trading blows with the best Qualcomm has to offer. The rest of the top 10 is a mix of Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 devices from iQOO, HONOR, and realme, all hovering just below that 4-million mark.

Top 10 sub-flagship smartphones

While the flagship tier is a duel, the sub-premium category remains a MediaTek fortress. The Dimensity 8450 and 8400 series chips are running the show here, leaving little room for competition.

OPPO dominates the chart this month with a one-two punch. The OPPO Reno15 Pro grabs the gold with a score of 2,133,069, followed immediately by the standard OPPO Reno15 at 2,118,556. Both run on the Dimensity 8450.

The realme Neo7 SE, powered by the Dimensity 8400-MAX, takes third place with 2,032,756. What’s striking is the gap further down the list; once you get past the MediaTek-powered handsets, the scores drop significantly, with the Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3-powered realme GT Neo6 SE sitting nearly 400,000 points behind the leaders.

Top 10 tablets

The tablet rankings for November feature one of the most powerful Android tablets we’ve ever seen — and one confusing entry.

The HONOR MagicPad3 Pro 13.3 is the undisputed king. As one of the few tablets rocking the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, it posted a massive score of 4,038,720, putting it on par with the flagship phones.

Then there is the runner-up: the H3C MegaBook. If you’re scratching your head, you aren’t alone. This is actually a 2-in-1 device running an Intel Core Ultra 5 228V. Because it runs a dual-system setup — Windows 11 + MegaOS based on Android 14 — it can technically run the benchmark, scoring 3,716,440. It’s an oddity, but it counts.

Rounding out the top three is the OPPO Pad 4 Pro with a Snapdragon 8 Elite score of 3,230,943.
