The final Antutu performance numbers for 2025 are in, and they paint a distinct picture of the Android silicon landscape. The benchmarking platform has released its rankings for December 2025, revealing a significant resurgence for Qualcomm at the high end, while MediaTek solidifies an unbreakable hold on the midpremium segment.

Top 10 flagship smartphones: Qualcomm reasserts dominance

After a competitive November where the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 threatened the top spots, December sees Qualcomm effectively shut out the competition. The top five devices are exclusively powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, pushing rival chipsets down the charts.

The RedMagic 11 Pro Plus retains the top position with an average score of 4,118,828. RedMagic’s active-cooling solutions allow the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 to sustain peak clock speeds longer than standard chassis designs, giving it a clear edge in synthetic benchmarks.

Most notably, the iQOO 15 and OnePlus 15 have climbed to second and third place, respectively. Both flagships now average over 4.07 million points, overtaking November’s strong performers from vivo and OPPO. While the Dimensity 9500-based vivo X300 Pro and OPPO Find X9 Pro remain excellent performers with scores above 4 million, they have slipped to sixth and seventh place as manufacturers further optimize their Snapdragon implementations.

Meanwhile, HONOR helps complete the Snapdragon sweep by securing fifth place with the HONOR WIN, while also placing two additional devices in the top 10 — the most entries of any single brand on the flagship chart.

Top 10 subflagship smartphones: MediaTek’s monopoly

In stark contrast to the premium tier, the subflagship category is almost entirely controlled by Taiwan’s MediaTek. The Dimensity 8450 and 8400 series processors occupy the first eight positions, offering a performance-to-value ratio that Qualcomm’s current midrange lineup is struggling to match.

OPPO leads the field with the Reno15 Pro and Reno15, scoring 2,131,958 and 2,121,019 respectively. The realme Neo7 SE follows in third, using the Dimensity 8400-Max.

The disparity here is significant. The highest-ranking Qualcomm device, the realme GT Neo6 SE with Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3, appears at No. 9 — nearly 500,000 points behind the category leader. For consumers shopping in this segment, the performance gap between the two chipmakers is currently undeniable.

Top 10 tablets: A class of one

The Android tablet market has stratified into two distinct performance tiers. The HONOR MagicPad3 Pro 13.3 stands alone at the top, scoring 4,033,256. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, it is the only tablet delivering performance parity with current-gen flagship phones.

The gap to second place is substantial. The OPPO Pad 4 Pro sits at No. 2 with roughly 3.38 million points — a difference of more than 600,000 points.

A technical curiosity appears in fourth place: the H3C MegaBook. This is a 2-in-1 device running an Intel Core Ultra 5 228V. It appears on this list due to its ability to run a native Android subsystem, technically qualifying it for the benchmark despite being an x86 architecture device.
