Infinix is officially bringing its latest midrange disruptor to the Philippines, and it’s coming for the crown. The company confirmed that the Infinix NOTE Edge, dubbed the “King of Edge,” will make its local debut on Feb. 24.
This NOTE is the world’s first smartphone powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100, promising 5G speeds at a 4G price point. But before we get into its nitty-gritty, Infinix is kicking things off with a raffle that’s as exciting as the device itself. If you want in, here’s what’s up for grabs:
- Grand prize: A trip for two to Chongqing, China
- Minor prize: Nine Infinix GT Book laptops
- Minor prize: 17 concert tickets to see K-Pop powerhouse Seventeen live at the Philippine Arena
The promo ends on March 8. You can view the full interactive mechanics and register your entry at the official campaign portal: https://infinixph.github.io/The-King-of-Edge/.
To sweeten the NOTE Edge’s arrival in the Philippines, Infinix is launching a raffle promo to celebrate the release
What we know about the phone
Infinix has claimed the NOTE Edge as king — and the crown doesn’t look like it’s just for show. That curved 1.5K AMOLED screen doesn’t just sit there; it spills over the edges like it owns the room. Underneath, the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G chip promises to keep everything lightning-fast without guzzling power. And then there’s the battery flex: 6,500mAh packed into a body that’s razor-thin at 7.2mm. That’s endurance without the bulk, power without compromise.
The rest of the spec sheet is equally competitive. You’re looking at a 120Hz refresh rate with 4,500 nits of peak brightness, all protected by Gorilla Glass 7i. It also features a 50-megapixel rear shooter and IP65 water resistance, and ships with Android 16-based XOS 16 out of the box, complete with a nifty feature for sharing Live Photos with iPhone users.
And while Infinix Philippines hasn’t revealed the full specs yet, the global debut confirmed some gamer-friendly extras: support for up to 90 FPS in titles like Honor of Kings, and 60 FPS in PUBG: Battlegrounds. Modem power consumption has been cut by 21%, while background usage for social apps is down 4.4%. Translation: less battery anxiety, even when you’re juggling heavy gaming and daily routines.
The global announcement pegged the Infinix NOTE Edge’s price at roughly $200 (around ₱12,000). If the Transsion sub-brand can keep local pricing close to that, its new offering could easily dominate the budget 5G segment in Q1 2026. We’ll know for sure when the “king” takes its throne on Feb. 24.
