If you thought gaming smartphones couldn’t get any more extravagant, the upcoming Infinix GT 50 Pro might prove you wrong.
According to fresh leaks, Infinix is gearing up to launch a highly aggressive, spec-heavy device tailored for the global market. The reports indicate the GT 50 Pro will lean hard into a hypercar-inspired aesthetic, bringing intricate hardware controls and a cooling system you can actually watch work in real time.
Here is everything we know about the leaked phone so far.
A ‘breathing’ mechanical design
The Infinix GT 50 Pro reportedly features a premium Kevlar-like texture wrapped in sharp aerodynamic lines, with the standout element seen on the back. The smartphone includes a semi-transparent, colored “pipeline window” that exposes its internal Micro-Pump HydroFlow Liquid Cooling Architecture.
As liquid coolant flows through the channels, it gives the illusion of moving mechanical parts, making the phone look like it is “breathing” under heavy workloads. It is not just for show, either. That liquid moves across a large 6,437-square-millimeter diaphragm area designed to cover all the core heat zones and prevent thermal throttling during marathon gaming sessions.
Next-level hardware controls
Capacitive shoulder buttons are standard fare on gaming phones, but Infinix is reportedly introducing the industry’s first dual-pressure shoulder triggers with a sliding switch mechanism.
This setup uses an advanced dual-pressure mapping system that allows you to execute complex, multi-action controls with just one finger. Designed for heavy use, the triggers are rated for over 3 million presses and boast a response latency of under 20 milliseconds. The system supports up to eight customizable mapping points and 10 levels of pressure sensitivity.
In a smart move for everyday utility, these triggers are not locked strictly to gaming. They can be mapped to control the sliding zoom in the camera app or act as one-touch shortcuts for navigating the interface.
Wireless bypass charging and flagship specs
To keep the device cool while plugged in, Infinix is reportedly introducing a new magnetic accessory called the MagCharge Cooler 2.0. This snap-on cooler delivers 15 watts of wireless charging and 12 watts of active TEC refrigeration. More importantly, it features wireless bypass charging. This routes power directly to the motherboard and bypasses the battery completely, eliminating a major source of heat at its origin to sustain high-end performance.
Under the hood, earlier database sightings suggest the Infinix GT 50 Pro is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 processor paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The display is expected to be a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.

Rounding out the spec sheet is a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 13-megapixel selfie shooter. Depending on the region, the device will be powered by either a 6,150mAh or a 6,500mAh battery with support for 45-watt wired charging, 30-watt wireless charging, and reverse charging capabilities.
Infinix has yet to officially announce a global launch date, let alone a Philippine release, but the GT 50 Pro is already shaping up to be a serious contender in the mobile gaming space.
