Antutu has released its latest benchmark numbers for June 2025, detailing device performance from China. They offer a snapshot of the raw power within the Android ecosystem’s elite.
So what’s new? Let’s break down the devices that are currently flexing the most silicon muscle.
Top 10 flagship smartphones: Qualcomm continues its reign
If you are looking for the fastest Android phones money can buy in China now, Qualcomm’s latest and greatest are still running the show. The June 2025 rankings for flagship smartphones are a testament to the continued dominance of the Snapdragon 8 Elite, particularly its overclocked variant, or what is also called the Leading Version.
Coming in first is the RedMagic 10S Pro Plus, once again taking the crown with an average monthly benchmark score of 2,907,137 points. It’s a slight dip from last month’s 2,951,251, but still comfortably in the lead. The RedMagic gaming handset, along with devices like the vivo X200 Ultra and OPPO Find X8 Ultra Satellite Communication Edition, which grab second and third places, respectively, solidify the American manufacturer’s hold on the very top tier. In fact, a whopping eight out of the top 10 premium phones are powered by some variant of the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
MediaTek isn’t out of the picture entirely, though. Its Dimensity 9400 Plus is still putting up a strong fight, with the vivo X200s securing fourth place and the Redmi K80 Supreme Edition rounding out the list at No. 10. While Qualcomm has a clear majority, MediaTek’s consistent presence at the top shows the intense competition driving innovation in the mobile SoC space.
Top 10 sub-flagship smartphones: MediaTek’s relentless push
This is where things get really interesting and MediaTek truly shines. The sub-flagship category in June 2025 tells a story of aggressive advancement from the Taiwanese chipmaker. The top three spots are all held by smartphones rocking its Dimensity chips, with the iQOO Z10 Turbo leading the pack with 1,767,568 points, powered by the Dimensity 8400.
A significant seven out of the top 10 sub-premium handsets are now running on a Dimensity processor, spanning various iterations like the Dimensity 8400-Ultra and Dimensity 8350. This indicates MediaTek’s strategic focus on delivering high performance in this crucial mid-to-high range segment, making it a highly competitive market for consumers.
Qualcomm is not entirely absent, with the OnePlus Ace 3V powered by the Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3 still making an appearance at fourth, and the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 in the HONOR 400 (different from the global model’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3) and vivo S30. However, the sheer volume of MediaTek-powered devices on this list underscores their success in optimizing performance for this segment, at least in benchmarks.
Top 10 tablets: Qualcomm remains dominant
Qualcomm’s top-tier silicon continues to be the default choice for the highest-performing tablets. The June 2025 Antutu rankings in this category show a tightly contested battle among the leading contenders, with the OPPO Pad 4 Pro claiming the top spot with a score of 2,843,258 points, closely followed by the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro. Both are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
The dominance extends beyond the highest tier, with the Snapdragon 8 Elite being the chip of choice for a majority of the top performers, including the RedMagic Gaming Tablet Pro 3, the Chinese counterpart of the recently launched RedMagic Astra Gaming Tablet.
However, the list is not exclusively Qualcomm’s. The MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus makes a strong showing in devices like the Redmi K Pad, demonstrating its capability to power high-end tablet experiences. Intriguingly, Xiaomi’s self-developed XRING O1 chip makes an appearance in the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra and Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5, hinting at exciting future developments in custom silicon within the Android tablet space. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 also still proves its mettle, powering the RedMagic Gaming Tablet Pro which closes out the top 10.
