Antutu’s July 2025 benchmark results for the Chinese market are in, offering us a fresh glimpse into which Android devices are currently flexing the most raw power. With the industry gearing up for the arrival of next-generation flagship chipsets in September, July’s numbers highlight the current champions.

Top 10 flagship smartphones: Snapdragon still reigns supreme

Qualcomm’s top-tier chips continue to lead the charge. The latest rankings for premium Android phones reinforce the Snapdragon 8 Elite’s dominant position.

Holding onto its coveted No. 1 spot from the previous month, the RedMagic 10S Pro Plus once again takes the crown in the flagship performance list. This gaming powerhouse achieved a formidable monthly average benchmark score of 2,943,537 points. Armed with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Version, the RedMagic 10S Pro Plus consistently showcases the full might of its processor, which pushes higher clock speeds for both its ultra-large CPU core (4.47GHz) and GPU (1.2GHz) compared to the standard Snapdragon 8 Elite.

Only two of the models listed here are powered by MediaTek: the fourth-placed vivo X200s and the ninth-placed Redmi K80 Supreme Edition from Xiaomi, which are both based on the Dimensity 9400 Plus.

Top 10 sub-flagship smartphones: Dimensity holds firm

MediaTek’s strategic push continues to yield significant results. The July 2025 sub-flagship rankings show notable consistency with June’s results, as the Dimensity 8400 series retains its commanding presence.

Consider the top three contenders in this competitive segment. Leading the pack is the iQOO Z10 Turbo, boasting an average score of 1,739,524. Hot on its heels is the realme Neo7 SE with 1,708,892 points, followed by the Redmi Turbo 4, which posted a strong 1,662,537. All three devices feature variants of the Dimensity 8400 from the Taiwanese chipmaker, collectively reinforcing the series’ commanding presence in the current Android sub-flagship scene.

All’s not lost for Qualcomm, thanks to the Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3-powered OnePlus Ace 3V landing at sixth place, and the Redmi Note 12 Turbo with a Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 2 securing the 10th spot.

Top 10 tablets: A new leader emerges

While Qualcomm’s top-tier silicon generally remains the preferred choice for the highest-performing Android tablets, the July rankings saw an interesting shift right at the very top.

The Chinese counterpart of the globally launched RedMagic Astra Gaming Tablet, the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro makes a decisive leap to seize the No. 1 spot. It now boasts a monthly average benchmark score of 2,841,103. This sharp climb from its modest June ranking underscores its exceptional optimization and raw potential as a purpose-built gaming tablet.

The OPPO Pad 4 Pro, also powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, now sits at second place with 2,836,919, while the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro trails closely in third at 2,814,375. This shakeup at the top signals a notable shift from June’s standings, with the OPPO Pad 4 Pro, OnePlus Pad 2 Pro, and even the formerly dominant Redmi K Pad all sliding down following the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro’s surge.

Interestingly, the list features entries from chip manufacturers beyond the usual Qualcomm and MediaTek. Xiaomi’s self-developed XRING O1 returns in both the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra and Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5, signaling promising strides in custom silicon that could reshape the Android tablet landscape.
