The launch date announcement
The series is expected to include both the standard Xiaomi 15T and a more powerful Xiaomi 15T Pro. The “far closer” launch tagline hints at a potential telephoto lens, a feature that would build on Xiaomi’s ongoing partnership with camera icon Leica, whose branding can be spotted on the camera module in the teaser image. This lines up with recent leaks that showed a Leica-branded triple-rear camera setup on what’s believed to be the 15T models.

Just two of the many leaked images
While official pricing remains under wraps, we can look to the 2024 models for a hint. The Xiaomi 14T Pro launched in the Philippines with a starting price of P37,999 (around $669) for the online-exclusive 256GB model. The 512GB and 1TB kits retailed at P39,999 ($704) and P41,999 ($740), respectively. The standard Xiaomi 14T, meanwhile, was priced from P25,999 ($458) for the variant with 256GB storage.

As for what’s inside, rumors suggest the Xiaomi 15T will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset, while the Pro version is rumored to pack a flagship-level Dimensity 9400 Plus chip, the same SoC you’ll find in the China-exclusive Redmi K80 Ultra. Both are expected to come with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 90-watt wired fast charging.
