If you’re in the market for a sleek, affordable big-screen device that doubles as a laptop for light office work and includes 4G connectivity for true on-the-go productivity, Infinix has something for you.
Meet the Infinix XPAD Edge, the brand’s first foray into the 13-inch tablet territory. While it’s marketed as a 13-inch slate, the display size is technically 13.2 inches, featuring a crisp 2.4K resolution of 2,400 x 1,600 pixels and a productivity-friendly 3:2 aspect ratio.
In the Philippines, the Infinix XPAD Edge has a suggested retail price of ₱15,999, which is roughly $270. It comes in a single Celestial Ink color option and is available through official retailers as well as online via Infinix’s website, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
Despite measuring just 6.19mm in thickness and weighing only 588 grams, the device feels thin and light in the hand yet packs a huge 8,000mAh battery in its metal body. It is clearly designed for students and freelancers who are always on the move, or anyone working out of a coffee shop. To emphasize that point, the company is bundling a free keyboard with a built-in trackpad with the Infinix XPAD Edge locally.

Obviously, the screen is the star here. In addition to its high resolution, the panel reaches 450 nits of peak brightness and is certified by TÜV Rheinland for Flicker Free and Low Blue Light, which should help reduce eye strain during late-night cram sessions.
Inside, the new tablet is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 chipset and comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It runs an Android 15-based overlay out of the box that emphasizes multitasking, offering features such as split screen and phone cast, along with a suite of artificial-intelligence tools including AI Writing, Hi Translation, and AI Screen Recognition.
The XPAD Edge also features the Transsion Holdings sub-brand’s AI-powered Folax voice assistant, and for those who work extensively with documents, WPS Office comes preinstalled so you can start typing immediately. Completing the hardware package, the rear is equipped with an 8-megapixel camera, while audio is delivered through quad speakers.
