Foldables typically force a trade-off. Sure, you get a massive screen, but suffer a visible crease, shorter-than-average battery life, or downgraded cameras across the board. OPPO seems to have finally fixed that with the newly launched OPPO Find N6. And the best part? It’s heading to the Philippines.
Right after the global unveiling, OPPO Philippines teased the device’s arrival on social media. With the tagline “Making waves without a ripple,” the brand is clearly leaning into this model’s headline feature: a display so flat it defies the traditional foldable valley.
In China, the OPPO Find N6 price starts at ¥9,999 (roughly ₱86,487 or $1,452 converted) for the base 12GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration, climbing to ¥11,999 (₱103,785 or $1,742) for the top-of-the-line 16GB/1TB kit.
While we’re still waiting on the exact local SRP and launch date, the “Coming Soon” teaser from OPPO Philippines is a win for local fans. Recall that its predecessor, the OPPO Find N5, was a carrier exclusive via Smart Infinity. Hopefully, we’ll see a wider release across traditional retail channels this time around.

Let’s talk about that screen, because it’s indeed a marvel. Unfolding the phone reveals a sweeping 8.12-inch LTPO AMOLED display that practically defies physics. OPPO says its engineers reduced the hinge height variance to a microscopic 0.05mm, which translates to a perfectly flat canvas.
The brand improved the glass on the foldable display, with TÜV Rheinland testing claiming the OPPO Find N6 reduces long-term crease formation by up to 82% compared to last year’s model. And to be clear: There is still a crease. You might not feel it as much under your thumb, but catch it in the right light, and you can see it.
The outer cover panel is no slouch either. You’re looking at a highly usable 6.62-inch LTPO screen bordered by thin symmetrical bezels. Both displays push peak brightness to near-flagship levels — 2,500 nits on the foldable screen and 3,500 nits on the front display — while maintaining 120Hz adaptive refresh rates. Throw in a titanium hinge, a remarkably slim 8.93mm profile, and an IP59 rating for water and dust, and you get something that feels less like a fragile foldable and more like a normal daily driver.
Under the hood, the OPPO Find N6 is running Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 platform, while the software experience is geared toward getting things done. ColorOS 16 introduces “Free-Flow Window,” a fluid multitasking system letting you juggle up to four active apps with drag-and-drop simplicity.

OPPO also teamed up with Google to give the new OPPO AI Pen some actual brains. Running on Gemini Pro, the stylus transforms rushed notes into formatted digital spreadsheets and turns quick sketches into usable artwork.
Then there’s the camera module — a large, bold circle slapped on the back housing some serious hardware. The company ported over its signature Hasselblad Master Camera System, highlighted by a 200-megapixel main sensor equipped with optical image stabilization. This primary shooter is backed by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto capable of sharp optical zoom and macro photography. It’s a setup that seemingly refuses to compromise across various focal lengths.
All signs point to the OPPO Find N6 being one of the most mature foldables on the market today. Between the no-compromise hardware and the productivity-driven software, the form factor has finally outgrown its awkward phase. If you’re ready to make the jump to a folding phone, this device needs to be on your shortlist — assuming, of course, it becomes available in your home market.
