Battery anxiety might soon be a relic of the past. realme is officially bringing its endurance-focused P Series to the Philippines, and it is leading the charge with a phone that is essentially a power bank with a screen.

The undeniable star of the upcoming lineup is the realme P4 Power, which packs a huge 10,001mAh battery. If that sounds absurd for a modern smartphone, it is — in the best way possible. To make sure you aren’t tethered to a wall forever while topping up that giant cell, the unit supports 80-watt fast charging. It also features 27-watt reverse charging, meaning you can easily use it to juice up your other devices on the go. realme is promising up to eight years of guaranteed battery health, and the phone carries a TÜV Rheinland 5-Star Battery Certification.

For context on what this kind of endurance might cost, the realme P4 Power launched in India is priced from ₹24,979 (roughly ₱15,979) for the 8GB/128GB configuration.

realme P4 Power, realme P4x, and realme P4 Lite launching in the Philippines soon!

The rest of the lineup is nothing to scoff at, either, though eagle-eyed tech watchers will notice some regional tweaks. The local press materials tease the realme P4x with an 8,000mAh battery and 45-watt fast charging. Interestingly, the version of the P4x that debuted in India earlier shipped with a slightly smaller 7,000mAh battery. It debuted there starting at ₹15,999, or ₱10,235 converted. Regional specification changes are fairly standard in the tech industry, so it looks like the Philippine market is getting a welcome bump in capacity.

Rounding out the local release is the realme P4 Lite, which comes equipped with a 7,000mAh battery. That model costs from ₹12,999 (₱8,312) in the Indian market.

Official local pricing, specs, and availability for the realme P4 Series are still under wraps. But if the converted prices hold up locally, the midrange battery wars are about to get a lot more interesting.
