The brand is using its PaperMatte technology here, which relies on a nano-level etching process to drastically cut down on glare and reflections while giving stylus users a tactile, paper-like writing feel. Despite the large screen, the tablet is incredibly portable. It weighs just 509g and measures a mere 5.3mm thick. HUAWEI claims the chassis — available locally in an airy, pearlescent Airy Blue — boasts a 17% higher bend resistance, so it’s designed to survive being tossed into a crowded backpack. Under the hood, it pairs up to 12GB of physical RAM with 256GB of storage, plus an extra 8GB of virtual memory expansion to keep those heavy apps running smoothly. Powering the whole setup is a 10,100mAh battery that promises up to 18 hours of HDR video playback, backed by 66W SuperCharge Turbo technology that can juice the device up in just 30 minutes.

On the software side, HUAWEI is leaning heavily into AI to push the PC-like narrative. The included PC-Level WPS Office suite now features AI-driven tools that help streamline document creation and spreadsheet management. The HUAWEI Notes app takes things a step further, using AI to transcribe speech to text, automatically generate structured notes, and even solve numerical equations instantly. Digital artists get an upgrade, too, with an AI-enriched GoPaint app that makes capturing and applying color combinations much more intuitive.
