LENOVO-OWNED Motorola has a new budget smartphone available for purchase in the Philippines through online retailer Lazada. The Moto C (click for complete specs) is about as low-end as they come these days. It’s as cheap as acceptable budget phones come, too, checking in at P3,699 or around $75.

Announced in May 2017, the Moto C has, among key things, a 5-inch LCD display with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels; a very modest quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage; and 5- and 2-megapixel main and secondary cameras, both coupled with LED flash. As expected of any modern smartphone, this Moto also ships running Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.

In terms of battery life, expect the Moto C’s 2,350mAh cell to last all day on a single charge, which will probably keep you entertained on a long commute to or from work. Another thing to note: This phone, unlike many options in the bargain basement, supports 4G LTE networks for faster mobile internet when you’re out and about.

Currently, only the black Moto C with 8GB of storage is listed on Lazada’s Philippine website.
