HONOR managed to craft a premium metal body that weighs just 499g and measures a remarkably thin 7.25mm. Don’t let the slim profile fool you, though; it uses new embedding material technology to boost structural strength by 90%. In an industry first, the tablet even scored Drop Resistance and Crush Resistance certifications from Switzerland’s SGS.

On the front is an 11‑inch HONOR Eye Comfort FullView Display with a 1,920 x 1,200 resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. HONOR says the higher refresh rate helps reduce lag and motion blur — a claim that, if it holds up, could make the Pad X8b more appealing for casual gaming and late‑night streaming.
