Centered around a brand film spotlighting everyday football enthusiasts across different cultures and communities, the campaign reflects the company’s belief that “honor” is not only found in trophies or winning moments, but in the resilience, passion and determination behind every pursuit.
As part of its commitment to engaging with local cultures and championing the spirit of sport, HONOR has become the Official Technology Devices Sponsor of the national football teams of South Africa and Uzbekistan, alongside a collaboration with renowned Mexican football star Santiago Giménez. Through these partnerships and the wider “ForHONOR” campaign, the brand continues to deepen its connection with consumers across global markets by celebrating the dedication of athletes, fans, and everyday challengers.
Turning football dreams into AI-generated stories
The campaign launched with a #ForHONOR video on June 5, followed by a UGC [user-generated content] activity on the HONOR Philippines Community Page inviting fans to share their unfulfilled football dreams. Built around the belief that everyone has their own field, #ForHONOR asks fans to reimagine the moments they still hope to experience — from the childhood goal never scored, to the match never watched with family, or the alternate ending to an unforgettable football moment.
Through the activity, HONOR users can use the AI Image to Video feature on their HONOR device to turn photos and dream scenes into short AI-generated videos, while non-HONOR users may also share their stories with the company’s official social channels for a chance to have selected entries reimagined through HONOR technology. Selected stories may be transformed into AI-generated “dream comes true” videos and may also be featured in the final campaign compilation film. As part of the campaign, HONOR will select six winners, and each of them will receive an HONOR 600 and an All-Scenario Bundle.
