Remember the Meizu M2 Note? In my review, I pointed out that, despite the system-wide overhaul Meizu gave to Android, the 5.5-inch phone “delivers on many levels without breaking the bank.” In other words, it’s a pretty good purchase even by those who are on the market for a quality handset today.
That said, if you think the M2 Note is too big or too much for your budget, you may be pleased to learn that its smaller sibling, the Meizu M2, will be available locally (and officially) starting December 4. Once again, the Chinese manufacturer has partnered with online retailer Lazada Philippines, allowing those interested to get their hands on the device while avoiding the worsening holiday traffic. The M2 will be priced at P5,499, I’m told.
