Megapixel wars can feel like an endless marketing game, but every once in a while, a smartphone maker comes along with a good reason to keep counting. The OPPO Find X9 Ultra impressed us with its photographic prowess, and now, the newly launched OPPO Find X10 Series is raising the stakes with a camera setup that looks even more ambitious.
The OPPO Find X10 Pro Max and Find X10 have officially landed in the Philippines, carrying OPPO‘s promise of “The True Camera Phone.” Instead of leaning too heavily on AI tricks that can leave photos looking oversaturated or overly processed, the company is putting the spotlight on natural-looking images, combining its Hasselblad partnership with a new computational imaging engine.
Triple 200MP cameras? OPPO means business
Phone makers often reserve their best camera hardware for the main shooter, leaving the ultra-wide and telephoto lenses to play second fiddle. The OPPO Find X10 Pro Max takes a different route, introducing an industry-first triple 200-megapixel camera system that gives all three cameras a starring role.
The lineup includes a 200-megapixel ultra-HDR main camera with a 1/1.3-inch sensor, a 200-megapixel ultra-sensing ultra-wide camera with a 124-degree field of view, and a 200-megapixel ultra-sensing telephoto camera. In practical terms, that means more flexibility across focal lengths, whether you’re shooting in dimly lit spaces, framing expansive landscapes, or trying to keep up with fast-moving subjects.
The standard OPPO Find X10 isn’t far behind, either. It packs a dual 200-megapixel camera setup for its main and telephoto cameras, alongside a 50-megapixel ultra-wide shooter. So, while the Pro Max gets the more elaborate setup, the base model still has plenty of camera hardware to work with.
Just a few of our sample shots
Of course, megapixels only tell part of the story. OPPO is also introducing its new LUMO True Image Engine, which uses 24-channel multispectral capture to deliver 5.5 times the dynamic range of the previous generation. The goal is more natural skin tones, more convincing lighting, and photos that look closer to what you actually saw when you pressed the shutter.
The Find X10 Pro Max takes things a step further with DeepPix technology, integrated into a custom 200-megapixel ISOCELL HPC main sensor co-developed with Samsung. OPPO says the combination delivers up to 17 stops of dynamic range, helping retain detail in tricky lighting situations, especially when shooting subjects against bright backgrounds.
And if getting closer to the action is your thing, both smartphones support the OPPO Hasselblad Teleconverter accessory. It unlocks 10x optical zoom on the Pro Max and 11x optical zoom on the standard Find X10, giving photography enthusiasts even more reach for distant subjects, travel shots, and sports photography.

The new gold standard?
Big batteries, fast displays, and added durability
The camera hardware may be the main attraction, but the brand hasn’t neglected the rest of the package. Both models come with a large 8,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, offering plenty of capacity for long days out, extended gaming sessions, and demanding video-recording workloads.
On the front, the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max features a 6.78-inch flat display, while the OPPO Find X10 gets a slightly smaller 6.59-inch panel. The two devices support adaptive refresh rates of up to 144Hz and the BT.2020 wide color gamut, promising fluid scrolling, responsive gameplay, and vibrant visuals.
Durability is also part of the equation. The newly released phones carry IP66, IP68, and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings, along with SGS Five-Star Drop Resistance Certification. It’s a reassuring set of credentials for units designed to handle the occasional splash, dusty environment, or everyday mishap.

A serious camera contender with plenty to prove
The OPPO Find X10 Series is making a compelling pitch: ambitious camera hardware, more consistent shooting options across focal lengths, a renewed focus on natural-looking images, and batteries built for the long haul. The Pro Max’s triple 200-megapixel setup certainly grabs attention, while the standard Find X10 brings some of that camera muscle to a slightly more accessible tier.
Of course, impressive numbers on paper are only half the story. The real test is how these cameras perform in everyday shooting, from challenging lighting to those fleeting moments you only get one chance to capture. Still, if OPPO can deliver on its imaging promises, the Find X10 Series could give photography-focused smartphone buyers plenty to think about.
