Star Wars: The Last Jedi opens in theaters on December 15, 2017, which is less than two weeks from today. The hype for the film is undying and continuing to swell all over the world as it nears its release.

Predictably, brands are looking to cash in on that hype, and OnePlus is no exception. Earlier, the smartphone maker announced the limited-edition, Star Wars-themed OnePlus 5T at Comic Con India. The phone is set to go on sale this month, though it remains unclear if it will be exclusive to the Indian market or will be available in other countries at a later date.

The OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition is set to go on sale this month, though it remains unclear if it will be available in markets besides India.

It comes in only one color variant, with the back panel showing off a matte-white paint job and the iconic Star Wars branding printed in red. The physical buttons around the edge of the phone, meanwhile, provide a striking contrast to the white of the backplate. The rest of the body looks identical to that of the original OnePlus 5T, or so it appears anyway.

The OnePlus 5T is an iterative upgrade over the already excellent OnePlus 5. The biggest and most welcome news is the shift to a taller and larger OLED display, while the rear-facing camera system now houses a wide-angle camera and one optimized for low-light photography. And because it doesn’t have its predecessor’s telephoto lens, all zooming is now done through software.

It is priced in India, Europe, and the United States at ₹32,999 (about P25,671 or $506), €499 (P29,834 or $588), and $499 (P25,318), respectively, while the higher-end variant retails at ₹37,999 (P29,561 or $583), €559 (P33,421 or $658), and $559 (P28,362), respectively. We still don’t know how much the OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition will go for.

Digital Walker, the official distributor of OnePlus phones in the Philippines, has yet to say when the OnePlus 5T will be released locally, so don’t expect its Star Wars-branded version to make it in time for Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
