Just a day after launching the Vivo iQOO Z1 One Piece model, which many of you seem to like a lot based on the views our article about it got, another special iQOO was made official.

The Vivo iQOO 3 5G Transformers Limited Edition was unveiled, and today, May 25, it’s already up for preorder in China, with availability scheduled for June 1. Its regular price is ¥3,998 (around P28,465 or $560), but you can get it now for as low as ¥3,498 (P24,905 or $490) — a steal for a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 phone.

We’ve seen the Vivo sub-brand post many official renders on Chinese social media platform Weibo. But today, we finally saw pictures of the actual unit. And we think the handset looks way better than what we imagined it to be. Check out the photos below.

Feast your eyes on the this monster: Vivo iQOO 3 5G Transformers Limited Edition (1-5: source; 6-13: source)

Created in celebration of the 17th anniversary of China-based online platform Jingdong or JD, the Vivo iQOO 3 5G Transformers Limited Edition has the same internals as the regular model that was launched in February.

But as you can see, outside, it looks like a different device. There’s an Autobots logo sandwiched between the iQOO branding and the phrase “monster inside” on the back panel with carbon-like finish. The edges, camera rim, and volume keys are colored gold and the power button, orange. Everything else — from the box to the charger — are given the Transformers treatment, too.

Now, if only Vivo Philippines would bring it here…
