It’s been more than a month since Digital Walker shared the prices of OnePlus’ latest flagship series in the Philippines. But the availability? We were left hanging.

Now, we finally have an update from the smartphone brand’s exclusive distributor in the country.

According to Digital Walker, the wait is almost over; they are expecting to sell the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro around mid-June 2020.

The original plan was to join the worldwide launch of the handsets, but because of the lockdown measures implemented in the Philippines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, they were not able to do so.

“We had the option of bringing in the [OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro] without having the proper documentation and certifications, but that would have been a disservice to the OnePlus community,” Digital Walker explained.
