This comes after the OPPO sub-brand launched the smartphone in China last January. The OnePlus 11 made its global debut on February 7. Locally, the OnePlus 11 starts at P45,990 (around $836 converted) for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage, while the higher-end 16GB/256GB variant carries a suggested retail price of P49,990 ($909). It will be available online through OnePlus’ official store on Lazada Philippines from February 22.
The flagship phone comes in two colors — Titan Black and Eternal Green. Unfortunately, it looks like the top-shelf model with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage won’t be sold here.
OnePlus says the design of the OnePlus 11 was inspired by the visuals of a black hole — hence the large camera ring at the back with three camera lenses. Additionally, its third-generation camera system is once again co-developed by Swedish imaging company Hasselblad, similar to OnePlus’ previous flagships, and powered by a 1/1.56-inch, 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 sensor paired with f/1.88 lens. The main camera offers both optical and electronic image stabilization.
A 48-megapixel ultrawide cam and a 32-megapixel portrait-telephoto option with 2x optical zoom and f/2.0 lens round out the camera specs. Up front, there’s a 16-megapixel camera with EIS for selfies.
The other highlight here is obviously the incredibly powerful — and surprisingly efficient — Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 5G chipset inside. It’s the same flagship chip that powers most of the latest 10 best-performing Android handsets on the market.
The 5,000mAh battery supports 100-watt SuperVOOC fast charging for a full charging time of roughly 25 minutes. Other notable OnePlus 11 specs include a 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO AMOLED display with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on the front, and dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos.
