One of the smartphones from realme Philippines’ bestselling lineup is now more affordable than ever.

The brand has announced that the realme C51 with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which used to sell for P6,499 (roughly $117), is now down to P5,499 ($99) — the lowest that the price has ever been since the device’s local launch in September 2023.

Recall that the realme C51 is marketed as a phone that offers a comprehensive experience for those looking into an entry-level daily driver. It’s part of the company’s budget stable of “charging champions,” getting a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33-watt SUPERVOOC technology out of the box. With that kind of fast charging, you should be able to get the battery from 0% to 50% in less than 30 minutes.

Other features of the C51 model include Android 13-based realme UI T Edition (or stock Android, yes), a 50-megapixel camera on the back, and a 90Hz screen measuring 6.74 inches and sporting a U-shaped camera cutout housing a 5-megapixel selfie shooter. The display showcases realme’s mini Capsule to let you see your battery status, data usage, and step statistics.
