So, have you now accepted that the newly launched Apple MacBook Pro has a notch? We kid. We definitely recognize the sheer power the laptop brings to the table, what with the just-official M1 Pro and M1 Max chips that it uses.

While we are contented with our M1-based 13-inch MacBook Pro and Mac Mini for now, we understand that others may not feel that way. How much does a totally specced-out 2021 MacBook Pro then? Meaning the device boasts a 16-inch Liquid Retina XDR display; an M1 Max with with 10-core CPU, 32-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine; 64GB of unified memory; and a whopping 8TB of SSD storage?

In the Philippines, it will cost you P362,990 (around $7,146 converted). And that’s without Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro — which retail at P14,990 ($295) and P9,990 ($197), respectively — yet. With the professional video-editing and music-production software preinstalled, the laptop’s price reaches P387,970 ($7,638). Reasonable for organizations like advertising agencies.
