Action cameras usually come in minimalistic flavors. Insta360 is bucking that trend with the Insta360 GO Ultra × Hello Kitty Limited Edition, trading its usual utilitarian aesthetic for an unapologetic Cherry Blossom Pink.
If you’ve ever looked at a tiny magnetic action camera and thought it really needed more Sanrio, your patience has paid off. Following an initial regional debut in China in May, Insta360 gave the collaboration a global launch.
What is the Insta360 GO Ultra x Hello Kitty Edition?
Underneath the fresh coat of paint, this is the exact same 4K-capable GO Ultra that Insta360 recently announced. It retains the 50-megapixel 1/1.28-inch sensor, the hands-free magnetic mounting system, and the 2.5-inch flip touchscreen on the Action Pod.
What you’re actually paying for is a heavy dose of nostalgia and exclusivity. The pill-shaped camera itself now features Hello Kitty’s face right on the front. And the company didn’t just stop at the camera module; the entire ecosystem in the box gets the treatment. The Action Pod, the magnetic pendant, the easy clip, and the pivot stand are all color-matched in the same pink finish.
The software gets a matching overhaul, too. Boot up the camera, and you’re greeted with a custom Hello Kitty animation, alongside themed interfaces within the Insta360 companion app.

Pricing and availability
The jump to a global release means the Insta360 GO Ultra × Hello Kitty Limited Edition is easier to find outside of its original launch markets. The limited-edition bundle now retails worldwide for $569.99 (roughly ₱33,500). For context, it originally debuted in mainland China for ¥3,598 (₱32,267) and in Hong Kong for HK$4,199 (₱32,566).
Will it officially come to the Philippines? Despite the international rollout, we haven’t seen it land on local retail shelves just yet. For context, the standard edition of the Insta360 GO Ultra is priced locally at ₱24,490 (or $449.99 globally).
Until Insta360 officially brings the Hello Kitty bundle to Philippine shores, fans in the country will likely have to rely on overseas shipping or parallel importers — and foot the premium that comes with it.
