The top-tier NXTPAPER 60 Ultra in Nebula Black carries an introductory price of ₱35,995 (around $593) for the version with 12GB of physical RAM and 512GB of internal storage. Meanwhile, the NXTPAPER 70 Pro in Nebula Gold with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage sells for ₱22,995 ($379). The K70 4G in Nebula Blue with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage rounds out the budget end at just ₱9,495 ($156).
What actually sets the two more expensive models apart is the display. First introduced in 2021, TCL’s proprietary screen technology is designed to mimic the look and feel of actual paper, significantly cutting down on glare to reduce eye strain. The TCL NXTPAPER 60 Ultra sports a large 7.2-inch 120Hz FHD+ NXTPAPER 4.0 panel. It’s powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Elite 5G chipset and packs a 5,200mAh battery coupled with 33-watt fast wired charging. On the camera front, you get a 50-megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilization, accompanied by a 50-megapixel telephoto lens offering up to 3x lossless-quality zoom and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide.

The TCL NXTPAPER 70 Pro dials things back slightly with a 6.9-inch 120Hz FHD+ display and a Dimensity 7300 5G processor. It keeps the 5,200mAh battery and 33-watt charging but swaps the telephoto lens for a simpler 50-megapixel main and 8-megapixel ultra-wide setup.
TCL NXTPAPER 70 Pro
Both NXTPAPER handsets run Android 16 out of the box and seem purpose-built for a specific kind of power user — namely, those who want their device to double as a dedicated e-reader or digital notebook. By tackling the familiar annoyance of reading comics and manga, swiping through e-books, or jotting down ideas on a harsh, glaring screen, TCL looks poised to carve out a niche for users who prioritize visual comfort over a beefy spec sheet.
Rounding out the trio is the TCL K70 4G. It ditches the specialized screen technology for a standard 6.75-inch 120Hz display, running on a Helio G100 Ultra chip, also from MediaTek.
