OPPO Philippines has finally revealed the suggested retail price of the OPPO F7, ending weeks of speculation about the affordability of its new “selfie expert.”

Launching on April 19, the OPPO F7 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in memory will go on sale in the country for P17,990 (around $346). That’s the same price some salespeople told us when we dropped by an OPPO store four days ago. Take note that that’s also the same SRP of the recently announced Vivo V9.
The variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, on the other hand, will sell for P21,990 ($423).

From April 12 to April 20, those who are interested in getting the OPPO F7 — which is available in Solar Red, Midnight Silver, and Diamond Black — may already preorder the smartphone. They just need to go to any OPPO store or authorized reseller and make a P1,000 ($19) deposit, or swing by Lazada Philippines. Early adopters will get a free Olike Magic Music Lamp worth P1,190 ($23). Pickup of the device is slated for April 21. You can check out the full preorder details here.

As with the Vivo V9, the OPPO F7 has a notch design a la the Apple iPhone X. The screen is nearly borderless, measures 6.2 inches, and has a tall 19:9 aspect ratio. It’s powered by the new Helio P60, a processor that we found to handle graphically demanding games well. The device’s highlight is a 25-megapixel front camera that features AI Beauty Technology 2.0 and Sensor HDR.
