The Vivo V17 Pro, the successor to the V15 Pro, will be officially announced in India September 20. And if there’s a device that will most likely make it to the Philippines, this is it. After all, the V series has been the company’s hero lineup in the country for quite some time now.

We’re excited. Why? Because the Vivo V17 Pro is supposed to be the world’s first phone with a 32-megapixel dual pop-up selfie camera.

The manufacturer has kept mum about the V17 Pro’s other details, but if leaks were to be believed, the handset’s 32-megapixel front sensor is paired with a 2-megapixel one for depth sensing. On the back are four cameras; the main shooter is 48 megapixels.

Other reported specs include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and a 4,100mAh battery.
