The OPPO A57 will be officially available in the Philippines in just a few days. To be clear, this is not the phone with the same name that OPPO launched in 2017.

This year’s OPPO A57 has a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33-watt SuperVOOC technology. Which translates to more than 50% charge in just 30 minutes. It sports dual speakers with Direc3.0 feature and a 6.56-inch screen with HD+ resolution and full DCI-P3 coverage. The smartphone likewise gets a 13-megapixel dual camera on the back, an 8-megapixel selfie sensor, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, ColorOS 12.1, and MediaTek’s Dimesnity G35 chip.

OPPO says the A57 will go on sale June 30. And while it didn’t announce the price of the handset yet, its store on Shopee and different listings on Facebook show that unit will be sold for P8,999 (roughly ($164). The version that will be released in the country has 4GB of RAM, extendable up to 8GB, and 64GB storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB.
