“The next HOT will give you MORE. Are you up for it?”

(Update, January 3, 2023: The Infinix HOT 20 Play has arrived in the Philippines, too!)

(Update, November 28: Our Infinix HOT 20S performance review is up!)

(Update, November 27: Three Infinix HOT 20 series phones have been launched in the Philippines!)

So states the first of a series of launch teasers Infinix Mobile Philippines posted on its Facebook page. The second announces the brand’s partnership with Garena’s Free Fire. The third one finally reveals what Infinix will be unveiling on November 27 — heads-up: It’s the Infinix HOT 20 series.

The company stopped short of disclosing which of the models in the lineup will arrive here — or at least arrive here first. But just so you know, these are the members of the HOT 20 family thus far: Infinix HOT 20i, Infinix HOT 20 5G, Infinix HOT 20, Infinix HOT 20S, and Infinix HOT 20 Play. Two of them have Free Fire editions — the vanilla HOT 20 and the HOT 20S — but only the latter’s video has been used as a teaser at this time, so it’s safe to say that it’s definitely coming to the Philippines.

The Infinix HOT 20S Free Fire special variant is powered by a MediaTek Helio G96 processor. It is equipped with a 120Hz FHD+ display that measures 6.78 inches, RAM that’s expandable to 13GB, what the brand calls a 50-megapixel Super Nightscape Triple Camera on the rear, a 5,000mAh battery with 18-watt fast-charging technology, and a brand-new bionic cooling system.

The Infinix HOT 20 Free Fire limited edition, on the other hand, comes with a MediaTek Helio G85 chip, a 6.82-inch punch-hole screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, a 50-megapixel Super Nightscape Camera, up to 11GB of dynamic RAM, and and the same battery capacity and charging support as the other Free Fire version.
