The Pepsi P1 and P1s phones are getting some tough competition… more than seven years after their release.

(Update, February 11: The Realme 10 Pro 5G Coca-Cola Edition is now official!)

(Update, February 2: The Cola Phone’s launch date is revealed!)

(Update, January 27: A popular smartphone brand has teased this phone!)

No, we’re not kidding. The grapevine is abuzz with rumors of a handset that beverage company Coca-Cola is said to be launching soon. It’s supposedly called the Cola Phone, and two reliable tipsters — Ice Universe and Mukul Sharma — have already tweeted about it. The latter even claims that the device will be announced in India by March 2023 and that the soda-maker has collaborated with a smartphone brand for it.

Here’s one tweet about the Cola Phone
More details here

The phone in the image shows two camera rings and a flash on the upper-left side of the rear panel and a small, vertically placed Coca-Cola logo in the lower-left area. A huge branding occupies the whole right part of the back. You can also see the volume rockers and the round edges. Of course, what’s a “Cola Phone” without the beverage company’s famous red color palette? Safe to say that this unit is for the bold or for those who dare to stand out from the crowd. Um, “dare to leap”?

Could the Cola Phone be a product of a collaboration with Realme? Many have pointed out that it looks like the Realme 10 — and they seem to be right. So could it actually be the Realme 10 with a new color, or are the two just similar in design? We at Revü Philippines can’t wait to hear more about it. Hey, we’re fans of Coke Zero.

Cola Phone = Realme 10?
