OPPO‘s latest clamshell-type foldable that recently debuted in China is finally going global — and with it, its third-generation foldable with a phone-tablet hybrid form factor.

(Update, October 19: The OPPO Find N3 and OPPO Find N3 Flip have launched globally!)

The OPPO Find N3 Flip and the OPPO Find N3 are set to launch October 19 for the international market. If the latter is true, then it would be the first time that the brand is bringing an N folding device to countries outside China.

OPPO announces the Find N3 series’ global launch date

The OPPO Find N3 Flip is the first product of its kind to get a trio of cameras on the back and also the first to get an Alert Slider — something that OPPO has obviously borrowed from its sub-brand OnePlus. You get Hasselblad image tuning and the company’s own MariSilicon X NPU, a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 5G processor, and a 3.26-inch AMOLED cover screen that can now do more, gaining the ability to support some full apps.

The Find N3 Flip likewise features a 6.8-inch AMOLED foldable display, a 32-megapixel front camera, a 4,300mAh battery with support for 44-watt SUPERVOOC Flash Charging, and ColorOS 13.2 based on Android 13. In India, it’s priced at ₹94,999 (roughly P64,832 in Philippine pesos and $1,141 in U.S. dollars).

The OPPO Find N3, on the other hand, is rumored to come in at least four colors, with the red unit wrapped in vegan leather. It supposedly sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, 7.8-inch 2K inner and 6.31-inch AMOLED outer screens, a 48-megapixel main triple-camera setup, 32- and 20-megapixel front sensors, and a 4,800mAh battery with 67-watt fast charging.

Word has it that this device in which the OnePlus Open is reportedly based comes with a $1,700 (P96,524) price tag.

The variants with glass finish?

And the version with faux leather?

We can’t wait to find out if OPPO will bring the Find N3 Flip and Find N3 to the Philippines.
