Along comes another MatePad Pro, two months after the most powerful one, the Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6, was launched in the Philippines. Meet the 10.8-inch Huawei MatePad Pro.

No, this is different from the similarly named tablet that Huawei introduced in the country more than a year ago. This is running HarmonyOS 2.0, which means you should expect smarter productivity features, such as Bottom Dock for your most recent and most frequently used apps; Service Widgets for displaying real-time information and allowing you to easily access certain app features without even launching the applications; and Multi-screen Collaboration for connecting the tablet and your other Huawei devices without a hitch.

The lone Huawei MatePad Pro 10.8-inch model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage and Midnight Grey color is priced at P44,999 (roughly $900 converted). It’s available at Huawei’s online store, the company’s brand shops on Lazada and Shopee, and Huawei Experience Stores nationwide.

Now, if you buy the device anytime between today, August 27, until August 31, you will receive the following freebies with a total value of P13,597 ($272):

Unlike last year’s Kirin 990-based model, 2021’s Huawei MatePad Pro 10.8-inch tablet is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chip. It boasts a TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light-certified FullView Display with a 2K resolution and a DCI-P3 color gamut.

What’s more, the screen is compatible with the second-generation Huawei M-Pencil stylus, which now offers a pencil-like natural writing experience, so you can draw to your heart’s content, for one.
