Lazada and Shopee have revealed that of all the mobile brands that joined the November 11, 2020, sale, Xiaomi emerged at the top.

While the two platforms haven’t divulged the specific devices that helped Xiaomi become No. 1 once again, Xiaomi Philippines marketing manager Ava Castillo shared the information with us at Revü.

According to Castillo, the POCO X3 NFC was the company’s bestseller on both Lazada and Shopee, even selling out on the former in only 10 minutes.

We’re not surprised. After all, the smartphone boasts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chip, a 120Hz screen, a 64-megapixel quad camera, and a price tag of as low as P10,990 (around $228 converted). As we said in our review of the POCO X3 NFC, “If the unit is any indication of what’s to come, the future will be bright and at the same time scary for the competition.”

Coming in second and third on Lazada were the Xiaomi Mi 10T series and the Redmi Note 9. On Shopee, the Redmi 9C and the Redmi Note 8 Pro landed second and third, respectively.

Brands-wise, the others that made it to the top 5 on Lazada were Realme, Samsung, Infinix, and Umidigi. Hot on the heels of Xiaomi on Shopee, on the other hand, were Realme, Tecno, Vivo, and Samsung.
