If you still think postpaid offers are out of your pocket’s reach, think again.

Smart Communications has launched the Signature Plan Lite, its most affordable postpaid plan yet at only P599 per month. That’s roughly $12 converted, or how much you pay for around three to four cups of coffee.

There are two options to choose from:

  1. The Smart Signature Plan Lite SIM-only version is, as the term indicates, for customers who don’t need a new device to go along with the telco’s postpaid offer. Just insert the provided SIM card into your own 4G or 5G phone, and you can immediately use Smart’s services. It comes with 5GB of data allocation per month, unlimited calls and texts to all networks, and 100 minutes of calls to any PLDT landline number.
  2. The Smart Signature Plan Lite with Device, on the other hand, is for subscribers who are willing to add a Smart 5G-certified phone to the bundle. For a minimal one-time cash out, you can pick from a wide range of 5G devices in the telco’s lineup. The list includes the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G (P3,200 or $63 cash out), Realme 8 5G (P5,400 or $107), OPPO A74 5G (P5,700 or $113), and soon, the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G (P4,840 or $96). The postpaid plan comes with 2.5 GB of monthly data, unlimited calls and texts to all networks, and 25 minutes of calls to any PLDT landline number.
