If you’re looking to buy a smartphone in time for, say, the opening of classes this school year, then you might want to check out Vivo Philippines’ ongoing sale on Shopee.

The company has announced that it is offering up to P5,000 discount (around $99) on select Vivo phones at the Shopee Gadget Zone Sale, which will run until August 19.

There should be an option for you even if your budget for the purchase of a new device is not big. So you only have P10,000 ($198) set aside for it? Don’t worry, because five of the seven discounted handsets are within your budget. The cheapest one you can buy is the Vivo Y1s, which is priced at P5,499 ($109), but is now only P4,899 ($97).

Even the Y20s (G) with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, the most expensive in the price range, costs only P8,999 ($179), down from P9,999 ($198). In our performance review of the Vivo Y20s (G), we wrote that it is a capable smartphone that will suit most gamers on a budget.

The smartphone with the biggest price cut for a limited time is the Vivo V20, which can be bought for only P15,999 ($317) instead of P19,999 ($397). And with a P1,000 ($20) voucher, you can get the premium midranger for even less. The total discount is P5,000 ($99).
