We’ll finally know all the details of the smartphone Realme teased at this year’s Mobile World Congress next week.

(Update, March 22: The Realme GT Neo 3, which comes with an industry-leading 150W UltraDart Charge version, has been launched!)

The brand has announced that the Realme GT Neo 3 will be launched March 22 in China. There will even be a Le Mans edition of the device, associating it with the world’s oldest active endurance-racing event held annually in France. The link can be seen in the design of the said variant. The back shows two bands that are reminiscent of the stripes you see on sports cars, besides the branding, the company’s tagline, and “50MP Matrix OIS Camera” on the camera module.

As you probably know, the Realme GT Neo 3 is all about speed. One of the highlights of the phone is the fast-charging technology that will debut on it, the 150W UltraDart Charge. It can apparently top up a phone from 0% to 50% in just 5 minutes. We’re sharing again this video of the quick-charging tech in action for those who haven’t seen it yet.

The Realme GT Neo 3 that supports 150 watts of fast wired charging is supposedly a version that features a 4,500mAh battery and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G processor. There’s another variant that uses a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 5G chip and comes with a 5,000mAh battery and 80-watt wired charging. Could the 150W UltraDart Charge function be exclusive to the Realme GT Neo 3 Le Mans model? Probably.

Other leaked specs of the handset include a 16-megapixel selfie shooter and a rear camera system that pairs a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main sensor with 8-megapixel and 2-megapixel ones.

Launching alongside the GT Neo 3 is a Le Mans version of the Realme Buds Air3 earphones.
