More than a month after confirming that its latest flagship lineup will become available in the Philippines, Xiaomi has finally revealed the series’ local launch date.

The Xiaomi 12T Pro and Xiaomi 12T are scheduled to go official in the country November 17, or just two days before the grand opening of the brand’s flagship store — its biggest yet — at SM City North EDSA City Center.
With “make moments mega” as their tagline, the two smartphones are geared for those who are after a pro-grade mobile-photography experience. The Pro model is equipped with a 200-megapixel Samsung Isocell HP1 main sensor on the back, boasts features like Xiaomi ProCut and Ultra Burst, and has support for 8K video capture in full resolution. The non-Pro version, on the other hand, packs a 108-megapixel triple rear camera. Both come with a 20-megapixel selfie shooter.

Elsewhere, the Xiaomi 12T Pro and Xiaomi 12T have essentially the same specs, except that the more premium of the two sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 5G chip and speakers that are tuned by Harman Kardon. Take note that the regular Xiaomi 12T is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Ultra 5G SoC, which features an all-new GPU structure for a 30% increase in performance and power efficiency.
In Europe, the Xiaomi 12T Pro is priced starting at €749 (roughly P44,399 or $776), while the non-Pro variant retails from €599 (P35,508 or $621).
