The Realme Pad, the brand’s first tablet offering, is launching in the Philippines on October 21. Among its key highlights are a 10.4-inch AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 chipset paired with up to 4GB RAM and 64GB of built-in storage under the hood.

The tablet is just one of three major devices Realme unveiled last month. The other two were the Realme 8s 5G and Realme 8i. Similar to Apple’s iPad, the Realme Pad comes in Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + LTE variants, with the base, non-LTE model priced at ₹13,999 (around P9,474 or $187 converted) in India. It is available in Real Gold and Real Grey colors.

Not bad, considering the sharp and sizable AMOLED panel and a decent octa-core processor. To recap, the screen has an 82.5% screen-to-body ratio and supports several viewing modes, like Reading, Dark, Night, Sunlight, and Eye Comfort modes. For media playback, the Realme Pad is also equipped with Dolby Atmos-certified quad speakers.

The tablet likewise packs 8-megapixel cameras on the front and back for online meetings and casually taking pictures when your smartphone is not readily available. It ships with Realme UI for Pad, which is optimized for big-screen devices, based on Android 11. For all-day battery life, a 7,100mAh battery keeps the lights on; it supports 18-watt fast charging over USB-C, too.
