OPPO Philippines has just announced a permanent price cut on the OPPO A92, making the trendy, high-capacity-battery smartphone more affordable at P13,990 (about $288 converted) from its original price of P15,990 ($329) at launch.

Recall that the A92 was released in the Philippines in June 2020. The phone features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor under the hood, coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB of external storage, while the FHD+ LCD screen has a punch hole for the selfie camera and is well-sized at 6.5 inches.

Now more affordable at P13,990 ($288)!

The A92 also has four cameras on the back consisting of a 48-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter, and a pair of 2-megapixel sensors for macro and portrait shots. Meanwhile, the front-facing camera is pretty sharp at 16 megapixels. It runs ColorOS 7.1 based on Android 10 out of the box.

The built-in 5,000mAh cell, on the other hand, should be able to easily last a full day of heavy usage. In our review of the OPPO A92, we noted that we got around nine to 10 hours of screen time out of a full charge and managed 15 hours and 32 minutes in PCMark’s battery benchmark.
