Fresh from celebrating its ninth anniversary, OnePlus is gearing up for the launch of its next flagship phone.

(Update, January 4: The OnePlus 11 has debuted in China ahead of the flagship phone’s global launch!)

The OPPO sub-brand has announced that the OnePlus 11 will go official in international markets February 7, with the physical event happening in New Delhi, India. Unveiling alongside the smartphone are the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 and one more device that hasn’t been named yet, though it could be OnePlus’ first mechanical and customizable keyboard, created in collaboration with keyboard manufacturer Keychron.

One of the launch teasers

So, what do we know about the OnePlus 11 thus far? We already got a glimpse of how it looks when the brand itself released last week a video teaser on Chinese social media platform Weibo. The clip shows that the handset has a huge, circular camera module with three sensors, an LED flash, and the Hasselblad branding housed in it. The teaser likewise shows the comeback of the alert slider.

This somehow indicates that the device featured in the video is the OnePlus 11 Pro and that previous leaked renders of the device are accurate.

According to the rumor mill, the top-end OnePlus 11 series model is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 5G chipset. It could come with a maximum of 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage; a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 main rear sensor assisted by a 48-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 32-megapixel telephoto unit; a 32-megapixel selfie camera; and a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED screen with support for up to 120Hz refresh rate.

The smartphone is expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 100-watt fast-charging technology and ship with OxygenOS 13 layered on top of Android 13.
