It’s confirmed: The Pros will join the vanilla Realme 10 in the Philippines.

(Update, February 14: Time to #DisplayNewVision, time to go “Pro”? Here are the prices, discounts, freebies, and Philippine availability of the Realme 10 Pro Plus 5G and Realme 10 Pro 5G!)

The country’s No. 1 smartphone brand for seven consecutive quarters will launch the Realme 10 Pro Plus 5G and Realme 10 Pro 5G at 12 p.m. on February 14 — and you can catch the livestream of the event on its official Facebook page.

But what’s the highlight this time? What’s the focus of the upcoming models?

“For every generation of the Number Series, Realme has brought leap-forward innovation more accessible to its consumers … This time around, [we’re] focusing on display with the introduction of the ‘120Hz Large Flagship Tier Displays’ for the Realme 10 Pro series. We hope that this feature will #DisplayNewVision to our users,” Realme Philippines’ vice president for marketing Austine Huang said.

In case you didn’t know, the Realme 10 Pro Plus 5G is the brand’s first — and only — phone from the lineup that sports a curved AMOLED panel and the thinnest chin at only 2.3mm. The 6.7-inch screen features 2,160Hz PWM dimming, 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1,260Hz touch sampling, 2,412 x 1,080 resolution, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and a maximum of 950 nits of brightness. It’s made with 0.65mm double-reinforced glass.

The Realme 10 Pro Plus 5G comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset paired with 8GB or 12GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB storage and has an enhanced RAM Expansion Technology and a DRE reaching up to a total of 8GB from the internal storage to act as RAM. There’s also a 5,000mAh battery with 67-watt SUPERVOOC Charge, Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0, a 108-megapixel triple camera on the rear, and a 16-megapixel selfie sensor.

The Realme 10 Pro 5G is quite similar to the Plus version except that the screen is of the LCD variety; it uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G chipset; there are two cameras on the back; and fast-charging support is down to 33 watts.
