The OPPO A92 will be launched live at 4 p.m. on the company’s official Facebook page. Hosted by celebrity YouTuber and OPPO A series endorser Alex Gonzaga, the event promises to be “an hour of fun challenges and giveaways.”

The #LiveAllOut Philippine launch, scheduled for June 19, will make the OPPO A92 official in the country

We’ve already shared our first impressions of the OPPO A92, but we’d like to repeat our first reaction when we got the Shining White variant: It looks soooo pretty that we wish we had the time this week to shoot a video of us opening the box the device ships with. The gradient coloring is nicely done; it stands out without going overboard. But if you’re the minimalist type, you can always opt for the Twilight Black version.

The OPPO A92 boasts a 48-megapixel quad camera on the back, a 16-megapixel selfie shooter, a big battery in the 5,000mAh cell, a 6.5-inch screen, and the new ColorOS 7.1. It uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 665 chip, which is matched with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage.

There’s no word yet on the handset’s price, but in Malaysia, it retails at RM1,199 (around P14,044 or $280). Hmm, the A92’s predecessor, the OPPO A9 2020, cost P15,990 ($319) at launch in the Philippines. Could it be that the yet-to-be-sold OPPO phone will get that price tag? Let’s tune in to the #LiveAllOut event to find out!
