In a series of teasers, Vivo has revealed that the Vivo V20 lineup will be coming here October 23.

There are three members of the series, but which ones will become available in the country?

The Vivo V20 Pro 5G is the only variant confirmed by the company thus far. It boasts a 44-megapixel eye auto-focus selfie camera, a feature that helps produce more accurate and detailed pictures. Eye tracking is something premium devices like the Huawei P40 Pro Plus and Huawei P40 Pro offer.

Inside the smartphone is a 7nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chip matched with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The processor can also be found on the Vivo X50 Pro 5G, the brand’s first 5G phone in the Philippines.

Other Vivo V20 Pro 5G features include a 64-megapixel triple camera; a 6.44-inch AMOLED screen with a fingerprint sensor underneath it; a 4,000mAh battery with support for 33 watts of fast charging; and Android 11.

Known as the global version of the China-exclusive Vivo S7 5G, which is endorsed by Korean pop group Blackpink’s Lisa Manoban, the V20 Pro 5G is priced at ฿14,999 (around P23,315 or $481) in Thailand.

As for the other V20 series phones — the Vivo V20 and Vivo V20 SE? We don’t know which of them will accompany the Pro unit here. Or whether both of them will be locally announced. But we’ve included their respective specs below. Let’s see in the coming days, shall we?
